I will be starting NYLS in mid-August and will therefore be moving into the city sometime during the summer. If anyone else out there will be going to school in NYC and is looking for a roommate (or knows someone who needs a roommate) feel free to contact me.
I'm looking to spend an absolute max of $1300 (including utils) but would definitely prefer to spend less.
I'm a 23 year old guy, grew up on Long Island, and I'm definitely pretty laid back. I play the guitar (acoustic so I wont be blowing the windows out), very courteous, dont smoke or do drugs (and want my roommate to be on the same page there), but I do enjoy a good brew. I'll be studying my ass off but dont want to go mad and do want a life so I definitely do intend on giving myself time to go out.
