T3 & T4 Rankings?
« on: April 21, 2009, 09:17:28 AM »
Anybody have an idea of how the lower tiered schools are doing with the new rankings?  I saw some post that actually broke down the numerical rankings of T3 (100 - 120ish).  Not that it makes a huge difference, but inquiring minds what to know!

Last year they accidentally listed the T3 and T4 sorted by something other than alphabetical ranking, and it seemed to line up pretty well with where you'd expect each school to be relative to one another. Don't count on that happening again.

Yeah... that's not it at all.

Here's the accident from last year, 4 items down:

Accident?  I think you're probably more likely to be an "accident" than the ranking last year.   ;D

Don't blame ME. All I did was submit the names of the best TTT schools I knew. That other stuff is worthless. The lower you go in the rankings, the more volatile they are...subject to changes with minor adjustments in methodology/metrics.

The relevance of these rankings to your future career is doubtful.
