I think you need another step in your analysis. It's not enough to say that LSAT/GPA don't correlate strongly with law school success. You need to make that case that soft factors correlate better than LSAT/GPA.

Additionally, I think you assume too readily that those with high LSATs/GPAs don't have soft factors to back up those numbers.
