"Congratulations!  Based on your first semester performance, you have been granted conditional acceptance into Washington University School of Law.  This acceptance is contingent upon comparable performance during your second semester.  "

Wondering whether they will rescind my acceptance if i screw up this semester  ???

T30~40; 12~15%. Was waitlisted by Washington St Louis last year.

And, deposit is $600 due on July 1. (So i guess this acceptance is really "conditional" on my second semester grades...)

doesnt it seem that if it was entirely conditional they would just defer you?

yeah, most, if not everyone has heard. All three types have gone out rejections, admits, and deferrals.
