Where do you get E&Es?

Where do you get E&Es?

Where do you get them? Does what school you go to have any bearing on which ones to get?

I will be attending Georgia State and the Fall classes will be Contracts, Property, Torts, and Civ Pro.

You can find used or new copies of almost any E&E on amazon or half.com.  E&Es are tailored towards specific subjects. So if you will be taking contracts, property, torts, and civpro, and you are looking to buy E&E's now, you can get a copy for each of those subjects.

Your school library will likely have them as well.

2001 too old?  How about 2006?

The latest available seems to be 2008.  Wait for 2009?

OMG SOMEBODY TELL ME I'M FLIPPING OUT!!   ;D

You have to get the school specific version.  I don't think Georgia State releases their E & E's until July.  At least that's what they did last year.  You could call the school bookstore and ask if you are really curious.

Depends on the class and the professor. When in doubt, buy the newer one. Some profs like to really keep up with the very latest developments, others stick to the more settled stuff.

Are we talking about the same thing? AFIK Aspen publisher's Examples and Explanations don't have school specific versions.

My advise is WAIT until a month or so into class to worry about it.
