If schools were law firms, what firm would they be...

Just a game, nothing serious.

One's I've thought of

Yale= WLRK- The most selective out there. On a rarefied plane.
Harvard = Cravath- Many think it's the most prestigious. Large class sizes
Stanford= Irell - Somewhat obscure for its prestige. Smaller.
Columbia= Sullivan Cromwell- White shoe.
GULC= Jones Day- Huge, lots of lay prestige.
Duke= King and Spaulding- Best in the deep south.
Vandy= Alliston Bird- Deep south rival of the above.
Cooley= Jacoby & Meyers- Destined to strip-mall offices.

Chief justice Earl Warren wasn't a stripper!
Now who's being naive?

Every year when the ABA mag puts out its list of richest lawyers they have like the most of any single firm, that and anouther big PI firm I can't remeber the name of
*In clinical studies, Matthies was well tolerated, but women who are pregnant, nursing or might become pregnant should not take or handle Matthies due to a rare, but serious side effect called him having to make child support payments.

Chicago = Quinn Emanuel

The upside: They're good.  They're prestigious.  They're effective.

The downside: They'll be damned if they'll let you forget it.

Well he's had it in for me ever since I kinda ran over his dog... Well, replace the word "kinda" with "repeatedly" and the word "dog" with "son."

Actually, I think YLS is more like Williams & Connolly, but that's just me.

Also, NYU = Legal Aid Society/ACLU.
