You make the same assumption that OP does. That BIGLAW is all about big guy vs. little guy. It's not.

Most Biglaw stuff is BG vs BG, BG vs. Gov't, or BG for BG... The really nasty stuff is rare, and typically settled before it gets to court...

I'm not saying I plan on working in BIGLAW, just that it is not inherently evil. Big companies and rich people just need lawyers a lot more than little people, and they can afford to pay a lot more for the good ones.

So it would be perfectly fine to be Hitler's attorney so long as your biggest cases were Hitler's suits against Stalin and Mussolini?

It's really immoral to structure a private equity agreement between ATT and a small business owner selling some of his wireless towers to the company ::)

That comparison is crap, as you still assume that all corporations are inherently evil. Go away until you learn to actually argue.

ETA: thanks for backing me up guys ;)

LOL.  I apologize for overestimating your intelligence.  I won't make the same mistake twice.

It's surprising when people who are supposedly either in law school or law school bound are too immature to have their opinions challenged.

OMG!!! FLAME!!!

What an ass.

everybody simmer the hell down...

the question simply cannot be answered in a pluralistic and relativistic society...

what one man thinks is greedy, another thinks is self-preservation...

one man considers lying the greater good, while non-conflicting absolutists believe it's wrong in any circumstance...

so how does the OP expect anyone to answer this question with solidarity?

better yet, how does '4 post guy' think his opinion is going to receive any credence whatsoever on this board...?
