I'm just curious. World News lists three tiers: one, three and four. When people talk about T2s, what do they mean? The lower half of World News' T1? Thanks

T2 was technically done away with and that is why it is no longer on US News, however people still refer to 50-100 as T2

T2 is 51-100. T1 is 1-50.
