I'm trying to outline provocation and grading down to manslaughter, and every minute feels like an eternity. I'm really not sure why I hate Crim so much, but I do. Maybe too much of the doctrine is intuitive, or the class discussions were a bit much (we had units that made everyone cringe), but I really really don't like Crim.Anyway. What would the MPC say about my feelings? Objective or subjective standard?
I am going to jump on the "I will be doing 100% criminal defense work and I did not like my crim class" bandwagon. Of course, we spent nearly four weeks on RICO. Not my thing.
Ah, so the reasonable person hates Crim, too?
The main partner in their Entertainment Law group went to CLS, but he was Fiske and on LR, so be careful. You don't want to set yourself goals that are too high.

I remember learning more about how to be a lawyer in my criminal law class than any other class first year.
