Do I have a shot late in the game??

I just recently applied to a number of schools.  I'm a African American male with a 2.9 GPA, and a 154 LSAT score.  I also havea master's degree.  How much does applying late affect my chances?  Do I even have a chance at any of these schools?:

Applying late can hurt, but I'd imagine most of those schools accept apps pretty late into the game.

out of all those schools the only school worth going to (IMO) is Howard.  You have a decent shot there.

Howard has marginally better employment prospects and about a 20% lower bar passage rate.
