Yeah, but you aren't on a forced curve while getting a BA/BS.

In a BA/BS program, however, you aren't curved against your peers.  I simply do not see law schools or the ABA permitting repeats to get an advantage over other students.

But you don't really specialize in law school. It's a general degree.  Only crap schools like Mercer boast about specializations because it's the only way they can entice students to go there ;).
