Summer Study Abroad
« on: March 06, 2009, 08:44:57 PM »
So I am evaluating my options for the summer.  I am a 1L at a T3 school top half, jobs look bleak, so I am considering a study abroad program.  The program that I am considering is the Toronto program through Cooley (I hope to practice in Toronto someday).  I was wondering if it matters what school you go through to do a summer program, ie does it look worse if you do a summer program through cooley as opposed to a summer program through a T2 or T3 school.

If there's another school that offers a program in Toronto, I'd go with them.  There's just a big stigma around Cooley.

As long as your law school awards you the credits, it doesn't matter who runs the program.
