Grand Rapids Apartments

I am contemplating attending the Grand Rapids campus fall 2009, and wanted some insight on the apartments within close proximity to the campus. I have been looking at the American Seating Park: Clark Place apartments.

I'm moving to that area around october and havn't picked a spot yet. I noticed that just north about 10 miles is a small rich suburb named Belmont. I want to live there becuase it is such a nice area, but I doubt that I could afford it. Any luck finding decent rentals? If so let me  know, I could use the help.
