Barbies: inherently sexist, or just a doll?

Now that the brand has been around for half a century, Barbie has been many things to many people.  What do you guys think about Barbie? 

I heard a discussion about her on the Diane Rehm show and now I'm curious to hear some more perspectives.

Definitely sexist. Barbie gets to have an idealized feminine form, but when it comes to having an idealized masculine form, Ken was robbed.
