List of Landmark cases all 1Ls study

Greetings, I'm working on a project and I'm trying to gather the most memorable, big name cases that almost every 1L will read about.  For example, Pennoyer v. Neff; Marbury v. Madison, Pallsgraf, etc.  It's easier to think of these common cases for contracts and torts, but not property or crim law.  Any help is greatly appreciated!  I've started the list below.   I'm hoping to come up with 10-20 cases per subject.

The Hairy Hand case is not Hamer v. Sidway - it's Hawkins v. McGee.  Hamer is the case where the uncle pays his nephew to refrain from swearing, alcohol, smoking, etc. 

Also, add Dred Scott for Con Law.

Unless you sold your books back, why don't you just look through the table of contents of your old casebooks and pull out the memorable ones? I'd imagine that many schools use Dukeminier for Property, either Farnsworth or Murphy for Contracts, Best Barnes for Torts, Dressler for Criminal Law, etc... since the casebooks are pretty standard, you've already got the lists of the common 1L cases.

 Good question.   But not every case in the books are "memorable".   I'm looking for the classics.

And no, I'm not a "gunner".  I already graduated from law school.  I'm just working on a fun project.

Blueskies, we only did 7 cases on your Ks list and went through an entire casebook, missing very few cases.
