Bethesda Maryland Firm: Paley Rothman

So I've found this smallish 50 lawyer firm in Bethesda, Maryland called Paley Rothman. It's apparently pretty well respected in the suburbs around Washington, DC and I am considering checking it out and sending a resume their way for this summer.

Does anyone know anything about the firm? Associate salary, reputation, etc?
