Evidence?
« on: February 24, 2009, 01:28:10 PM »
Can anyone recommend a good Evidence supplement? I don't normally use supplements, but 3/4's of the hypos and questions we get in lecture seem to be answered with 'Well, some courts see it this way and others...'
Thanks,
Rob

Youtube.

Ha, you beat me to it!

I did like the EZ Rules for Evidnce, short and to the point w/o any fluff http://www.amazon.com/E-Z-Rules-Federal-Evidence/dp/0735570167
*In clinical studies, Matthies was well tolerated, but women who are pregnant, nursing or might become pregnant should not take or handle Matthies due to a rare, but serious side effect called him having to make child support payments.

There are some good rules-based outlines at TexasOutlines.com
