I got the acceptance of st. thomas florida, but the LSN date appears 42 out of 228 1L transfered out. why so many students transfered out? can anybody give me amy information?

So many people transfer out because it is a T4 and there are limited opportunities for students at any T4. You need to seriously consider your options before attending a lower ranked school. Especially in an economy where the job opportunities are limited.

St. Thomas's Bar passage rate is terrible as well. I wouldn't suggest going there unless you just absolutely have to have a law degree.
