What is the best supplement for understanding estates and future interests?

Anyone know of a great hornbook on estates and future interests (in property)?  I could really use some help in this area, thanks!

Not a hornbook, but the Property E&E is phenomenally helpful so far. I have found E&Es on other subjects to be somewhat helpful, but the Property one is really awesome. I also suggest the Workbook on Estates & Future Interests by Coletta. It's nothing but 340 pages of problems to work through, identifying the estate, title, present & future interests, and even what the answers would have been in 1600. And it has some sweet little summary charts in the back.

You could leave a cardboard cutout of Erik Estrada at the front counter and I guarantee you no one would ever know the difference.
Not so much because you resemble Erik Estrada, more so because you have the personality of cardboard.
