Transfer from T75 to as good a school as possible...

I am number 1 in my class with a 4.0 after the first semester and am looking to transfer. What are my options? Specifically, what are my chances at Boalt, USC, or UCLA? I didn't have a great LSAT score - kinda messed up on it - but my undergrad grades were good from a top-30 university.

I think you probably have pretty good chances if you keep your grades up and you are open to any of those three.  The transferapps database from last year includes the #1 from the 77th-ranked school.  S/he had a 155/162 LSAT and a 3.7 UGPA and got into Boalt and Northwestern (results for UCLA not listed).  I recommend joining the transferapps Yahoo! group to look at other numbers.
