I was going to start a new topic for this but I can just ask here.

It has been 3 months since going complete at some of my tope schools. Does this warrent a LOCI? I feel like they are going to make a decision by the end of the month, so I am wondering if a LOCI would help or hurt. Any thoughts?

I wouldn't.  But what do I know?  Here's what I'd do.  If you've submitted a "Why X" statement, do not write a LOCI.  If you have not written one of these statements, contact the admissions office asking if you can supplement your application with an extra document.  If they say this would be fine, go ahead and send a "Why X" opposed to a LOCI - or merge the two with an emphasis on the former.  If the school says when you're complete, you're complete, end of story - the ball's out of your hands.  hth
