Criminal Record Search
« on: January 21, 2009, 11:40:34 PM »
Does anyone know the best way I can search my criminal record from three different states?  I'm a 3L.  I disclosed everything on my law school applications, but I was pretty generally with my dates (e.g., "spring of 1999") and I need to be specific on the bar application.

i think the best (not easiest) way to do it is to contact the clerk of court for the particular county in which you had an offense, and find out what the procedure is for obtaining your criminal record.  I have to do this as well for a few different counties, all of the procedures/forms/instructions are on the clerk's website.
