I'll share.

It looks as though I'm around the top 10 percent right now.  I was obviously very happy about this, although I feel bad for those I know tried hard but didn't do well.

A little celebration, a little venting.  (Thanks, Elements.)  The next quarter is far, far more important to deciding what type of law student I'll be.

I'm sorry to hear that, Tetris.  T14 and all that, right?

Yeah, Tetris, cheer up!  Look at it this way: I'm (probably) top 10% at my school currently and your opportunities STILL are probably much better than mine.  So don't fret.   :)

Celebrate - A and a B+ in my impossible class. Took and incomplete on a paper course last semester, so I need to finish it and ace it. No pressure!

I'm going to miss the Dean's List by .36 grade points (we're on a 12 point scale). I'm a little disappointed about it, but when I consider the amount of time and effort I put in the first semester I'm just happy to be in the top half of my class. I'll have a lot more time to devote this semester for reasons I'll keep to myself. Most all of my close friends made good grades so that's great.

I'll say this as well. My group of friends were all a bit freaked out after exams. We didn't talk specifics but we talked about how scared we were that we'd make awful grades. Those same people all made good grades, some were excellent. Has anyone else found this to be the case as well. Maybe, the more you know, the more you realize you don't know.
