What about the 'What exactly is a chicken?' case? My god...I had no idea.
 

Ha. My Ks professor asked this question to her 6 year old son. Apparently he said "Well... there is the kind of chicken you eat, and then there is the kind of chicken you pet." I don't think she had the heart to tell him they were the same thing.

I bought the Torts, Property, Contracts, and Civ Pro E&Es before school started and found that they were so dumbed down they would have -maybe- helped me on my way to a C.  Haven't tried securities or commercial transactions E&Es.
