What about the 'What exactly is a chicken?' case? My god...I had no idea.
 :P

Ha. My Ks professor asked this question to her 6 year old son. Apparently he said "Well... there is the kind of chicken you eat, and then there is the kind of chicken you pet." I don't think she had the heart to tell him they were the same thing.  :-X

All E&Es are horrible.

Have you used the Securities E&E? That thing saved my ass.

I believe Cady said the same thing about the commercial paper one (Payment Systems? Is that what this is called?), though I'm not sure.
That's cool how you referenced a case.

Commercial credit! Secured transactions!

Lots of really bad jokes, too! Loved it.

I bought the Torts, Property, Contracts, and Civ Pro E&Es before school started and found that they were so dumbed down they would have -maybe- helped me on my way to a C.  Haven't tried securities or commercial transactions E&Es.
