Holy crap. We've been having a legal dispute with a business partner. She went to the office today which is closed due to the snow, walked in and someone was in there, jumped her, punched her in the face and stabbed her, knocking her unconscious. She's back home tonight and okay but so scary. We know who it was but can;t prove it yet. Any one wanna defend their first murder? 

It can't really be murder if she's "back home and okay."  Unless you mean her body is back home and it's in "okay" condition, but lays there lifeless, in which case, that could be murder (but you still have to show causation).

Anyway, I'm glad to hear that she's okay; go be with her and not LSD.

The local police are feminine hygiene product bags. They didn't fingerprint the office, didn't ask anyone else in the building if they saw anything, didn't take photo of her wounds and didn't ask her if anything was stolen. @#!*.

She's okay and we know who it was but can't prove it now that the police screwed it up. Sorry, just venting, been a rough week, messing up my LSAT studying.
