...aye think that george w bush is now my second favorite president after theodore roosevelt...

...roosevelt hunted, shot, and killed more animals than most presidents...but he created the national bird preserve...co-founded the american bison association and preserved over 230,000,000 acres of territory for wildlife...he also pushed the cause of spelling reform with the simplified spelling board then wrote this sentence: "i could not by fighting have kept the new spelling in, and it was evidently worse than useless to go into an undignified contest when i was beaten. do you know that the one word as to which i thought the new spelling was wrong thru was more responsible than anything else for our discomfiture?"

...george bush will long be remembered as the president who began office "undefined"...then he took "wrangler politics" into the middle east after an attack by facist guerrillas and kept the us safe during a time of uncertainty and global rogue terrorist activities. his simple language and texas accent added a dumbfounding deliberate danger to his words backing a resolve with military might and not soft diplomacy enough to push a genocidal murderer and his guerrillas into the wilds of waziristan...virtually--a geographical prison. after "wrangler ultimatums" and more military backing he freed mesopoetamia from a genocidal tyrant and empowered its people, particulary in the kurdish region...he bent north korea to soft diplomacy with the words, "axis of evil"...simple? yes. effective...yes...and time will tell just how effective..."don't tread on me" politics were needed and bush actioned them...now begins the gloaming of soft diplomacy.

...he will long be remembered by liberal democrats as "unflappable"..."unruffled" and "unfettered"...in a word, to democrats for the past eight years...george w. bush and his resolve was "unbreakable" and his political survival during his eight years of tenure..."enigmatic"...

...nobody touched bush and his plans...

...not one shoe...

...not even two shoes...

...if only lincoln had reflexes like my second favorite "language challenged" antipodean president.

I don't know what's scarier - the fact that you believe that, or that you think those are admirable qualities.

Son, you actually read that?  What did it say?

Typical BW jibber jabber. I normally block him out, but I thought your prior post may have been (tangentially) related. My bad on that one.

aye think it scarier to think what if bush did nothing?

aye am so chill and relaxed with the thought that NO guerrillas since bush put his smack down "wrangler policies" in place have been able to splatter americans brains and body parts anywhere in the continental usa...they got away with it on 911...and bush put an end to it...

now if you don't think bush policies of backing his "drawling words" with real military power hasn't kept us safe...and bushs actions in northern iraq hasn't given a once oppressed people...a people who survived genocide at the hands of a tyrannical dictator an opportunity of empowerment and now thrive today on their own land...do some research on the kurds, my man...because if you don't know anything about them...then you are misinformed or simply lacking information.

if you don't believe that...then perhaps you are acting a little like a puzsy...and if you are so scared that you have a little poop in your pants...that is your problem to clean up... ;)

aye for one am not scared...aye find bush fascinating and very, very admirable...

because yes...roosevelt shot bear and created wildlife preserves...bush was going to be a compasionate conservative homebody...spoke with simple words and had no real agenda...and ended up crushing one tyrant...pushed a fascist guerrilla into the wilderness...and muscled a korean dictator out of the shadows to deal with the west.

the clincher is that despite all the political opposition and the so called "intelligent" democratic leaders...

bush destroyed the opposition...

and in case you were keeping score...bush is alone at the top as far as presidents who were successful with executing their policies...

he got everything he wanted.

even eugene's fruit stand is going strong...no need to worry...at least under bush's watch. ;)
