what are yours?

mine:
- incessant tic-tac popping (i've gone through 8 boxes in the past 2 days
- a need for an obnoxious amount of lamp light
- at least 1 internet explorer window open for the occasional facebooking/gossip column/lsd'ing/etc.
- getting up every 20 minutes and coming up with some excuse for another study break.

I mess with the temperature constantly.  If I'm up late, I'll blast the heat or the AC in order to fluctuate extreme temperatures.  It helps me stay awake and alert.

I like doing this too.  But I also do this when I drive so who knows.

I listen to really loud music and tap along, although I try to tap my pen on my arm or something soft to avoid making noise.  Even so, I think it might really piss people off in the library.

I stand up and pace constantly in the middle of writing, often performing strange hand motions as I pretend to give a lecture in my mind. It really does help keep my thoughts clear and focused.

One of my friends can only start studying on an o'clock.  If it's 6:01, he has to wait 59 minutes before he starts studying.  It's so strange.
