« on: December 10, 2008, 08:26:13 AM »
done with my contracts exam, now moving onto civ pro which i regretfully zoned out of ALL SEMESTER and am literally planning to learn it all in the next 2 days.  possible to get away this AND do well???... i'm starting off with the BarBri outline and then going to go through the Glannon. any suggestions?

Glannon is outstanding on Civ pro.  Not that my opinion should count for anything.

Glannon Guide for sure.

I also adored Arthur Miller on Sum & Substance--listen to jurisdiction and joinder. Take notes. He is a genius.

I liked the Glannon Guide more than the Glannon E&E.  Also get an outline that is specific for your professor.
