Saw dashrashi's LSN site. Since she seems to use profanity, one could say that HYP does not necessarily mean class or refinement.
Is it really such a crime to see meat where there is no meat?
Better grades give you more options, but it's not determinative. Even people getting Cs are spending are investing a lot of time into law school so why no make the extra effort to do as best you can. My argument it doesn't hurt to have good grades.
