LOL, thanks for that.  That was a real pick-me-up. 

I'm feeling overwhelmed by the sheer volume of material.  Analytically it isn't terribly challenging, but I'm kind of freaked out about the amount.  I'm reasonably good at synthesizing answers to practice exams, but I'm finding that I'm taking more time than is allotted.  I have only around 20 hrs to correct that, so I'd say I'm screwed.

sorry, i wasn't trying to make you feel bad.  i'm taking a torts exam tomorrow, and i feel the way about torts as you seem to about contracts.  SO MUCH MATERIAL.  contracts clicks for me because all of the material builds and builds, whereas much of the torts material is so disconnected, at least what i've been learning.  

and my contracts exam is multiple choice, so i'm not nervous about any time issue there.  good luck though, i bet you'll surprise yourself when grades come.  stay positive.
