Rye > Wheat, White, Sourdough, pretty much every other "bread" with the exception of bagels.

What is "bread?"

I'm using it as a catch all for baked grain products (rolls, bagels, loaves, biscuits, crossaints). Rye is superior to all others, save bagels, which are the uber"bread".
