So I am a hispanic female with a very low GPA 3.2 (I foolishly failed an upper division art history) and a 168 LSAT and I would like to know what my chances to making it into UT are.

I am born and raised mexican but acquired citizenship through my dad. I learned to speak english my junior year of high school. I am graduating in may and despite my language disadvantage i never lost a single year of school. i have served at a us senate race and legislative advocacy groups...

You can look at all ABA schools and get data on their acceptance rates.  I found the graph tab to be very helpful.  It shows a GPA and LSAT score grid  --- Acctepted, Waitlisted, Denied.  With your current numbers, it looks to me like your right on the edge of acceptance there.
