anyone else have this problem?

Ok my first 2 recommenders are great and just as I was about to have my 3rd one write a letter, a 4th one answered my email after 2 weeks.  I know the 4th one will be a much stronger letter. 

My third recommender, I didn't really know her too well and she really doesn't know my abilities as a student aside from getting an A.  So I told her that her letter will no longer be needed. 

I'm keeping in mind that alot of schools do not want fluff recommendations but prefer stronger ones. 

However, I cannot seem to remove her from the LDSAS database.  Is there a downside to this?  Should I contact LSAC about this?

as long as there is no letter, lsac won't send anything. they send letters as they get them.
