Just realized that I forgot to put my transcrip request form into my transcript envelope...will it be fine that I put my request form in a larger envelope enclosing the one with my transcript or do they have to be in the same envelope?? Thx in advance!

LSAC only accepts transcripts that come directly from the school. You're supposed to give/mail/fax the transcript request form to your registrar and the registar's office is supposed to send it. It cannot come from you.
