Choosing between a few offers - any help appreciated

I have a few offers in LA:  Simpson Thacher (small office), Proskauer Rose (bigger office), and Mannatt Phelps (La-based firm).  Any advice?  I realize Simpson is high up in Vault, but is there any concern working for the smaller satellite office in LA?

Proskaur's summer class in LA is oversubscribed. Mannatt is probably your best bet.
