in need of some advice

GPA - 3.531
LSAT (oct.) - 162 (i will be retaking in december)

i have also received disciplinary probation my 2nd year of college for drinking on campus, and am pretty sure i have to include an addendum about it. how badly is this looked upon? and how much information about the event should i include?

note - i am not looking to go to a t14 school or anything, my goal is uc hastings.
