I know it's frustrating when a thread you care about gets hijacked, but at least the debate here was germane to your question.

The consensus here and in other similar fora (disputed only by LawDog3) is that graduate grades don't count for a lot in law school admissions unless the program is known as a particularly competitive one.  That said, it is a plus factor, though your founding and running a 501(c)(3) is probably much more impressive to most schools.  I would take care to emphasize that in my essays if I were you.  And sure, mention the grad GPA in your GPA addendum.  It can only help -- it just probably won't help that much.
