Enjoying 1L. Am I Doing Something Wrong?

Going out a lot, studying during the weekdays, but not as much for a few classes.  Am I doing anything wrong?  I heard that 1L is supposed to be incredibly stressful and tough, but I'm not feeling much pressure at all.

Have you seen a lot of posts around here from stressed out 1Ls? I haven't. I think you're not alone.

I sort of agree.  I don't feel the pressure.  I do my work.  I have time to goof around.  But, who knows, maybe we're doing all this incorrectly!

It'll definitely start getting more stressful once November hits.

I started outlining for CivPro today, but that's the extent of my work.  I think the stressed out people may be stressed out because they don't hang out on LSD and know the tricks of the trade.  This would be much harder if I thought that I needed to know every detail in every case.

I've found everything to be more than manageable. I've also been having a lot of fun going out, playing intramurals and non-school-related sports (woo golf and tennis!), and getting to know Nashville. This is par for the course at Vandy it seems.

JNSL has it pegged for Vandy - everyone seems to have time for a ton of fun, but not fall behind in reading or anything like that.

I third this.  1L is cool...fall sem 2L has proven to be a pain in the ass.
