How you tell Belgian beer bad?

OK So I did post a Julie Fern title. That was an accident. But I'm drinking this Delerium Tremens, and it tastes a bit funny. BUT I'm not a huge Beligian beer drinker, so maybe this is normal..? I typically don't go for Belgians because they're too sweet and rich for my taste. I prefer IPAs, and others of that sort. This particular beer is OK, but a bit metallic. Not what I expected. Anyone?

Las Cervezas de Belguim estan las iguales en el gusto as las otras, creo. Qeses bebees solomiente una cerveza muy barata?

FWIW, I have noticed pretty bad quality control from Delerium. Sometimes it's excellent, other times so-so. Either way, it certainly won't hurt you to drink it.

Next time, go with St. Barnadus ABT 12.
