4 Years out of school...need employer LOR?

Hi,

I'm four years out of school and am sure I can get two LORs from former professors. Do I need to get a LOR from an employer? I've switched around careers and have done some temping so I don't have any great employer who can write me a LOR, plus I just started a new job a month ago.

I wouldn't bother getting an employer recommendation. If you don't have an established rapport with your employer, don't worry about it. All the books say that it's the academic recs that count anyways.
