LORs overseas out of school for a while

I've already contacted my recommenders. My concern is that one of them is overseas. Does anyone have any advice on how to provide the return envelope to this overseas person? Should I just strongly encourage him to fax it? Thanks for the help!

hey there's a thread about processing faxed LOR's. seems to take a day from others' experiences.
