Help me choose: Nixon Peabody (NY) or Schulte Roth??

Any thoughts?  Anyone knows anyone who's worked there/summered there?  Impressions?  Quality of life/ type of work/ firm as a whole?  It's been a really hard decision to make.  ...

heh, I don't think Schulte HAS a jingle.  besides, that's not really helpful  ;D :D :)

hahaha, true, true.  If you want a good feel for the firms, I would do a search on abovethelaw.com to get some background.  I know nothing about Schulte but have heard good things about Nixon Peabody (the merge talk with Theilen was weird though and not to comforting).

Thanks!  I saw the article.. but I wouldn't be going to any of these places to do M&A work...or frankly, transactional corporate work.
