So far no offers... I'm in my 30s with kids.  attend top 6 school.  you think this kind of discrimination is a likely reason?  do you know if hiring committees try to avoid women with kids?  decent grades, attended over 30 interviews at OCI.  about 10 call backs.  so far nothing.

have you mentioned the kids? I know this is a rough hiring season and I wouldn't be able to say one way or another. I will say that at my firm there were female partners who had kids when they summered, so I would be shocked if it happened here.

You shouldn't talk about your children during an interview--it's too personal.  To the extent that you talking about it indicates you won't be focused on your work, it will reflect poorly on you.  Law firms realize most people will attempt to have a life outside of the firm, but you shouldn't be emphasizing it.
