Letter of Continued Interest After CB

Has anyone written one of these after a call back?  Its been about two weeks since the callback, and i havent heard anything.  Do you think it's a good idea?  If ao, what should I say? Thanks in advance!

how long after the callback did u send this?  Also, would u mind sharing what kind of specific wording you used to request the "status update" part?  Thanks in advance
