I took the test today and got the crappiest possible test scenario

1) LG
2) LR
3) LR
4) LR
5) RC

I hated the game with the buses. I hope the curve is lenient for this test.

yeah, i ignored the bus game all-together and put all B's because I ran out of time haha. but the other ones were easy so maybe heaven will shine upon me and let that bus game have a lot of B's credited.

I answered the first question in that game and put A's for the rest, though I judging by what folks have been saying, none of those were A's :( Oh well, fingers crossed that I did good enough on the other games.

why is that the crappiest scenario?

why is that the crappiest scenario?

Apparantly the experimental LG (his first LG) didn't even make sense.

if the logic game was experimental does that mean for his exam they scored 3 logical reasoning sections + 1 reading comp, and no logic game section?

shouldn't one of the LR be experimental since there were 3?

sorry if this is a stupid question

^^ Sorry, you're right. I misread his test format.

He probably got discouraged by the first section (games).

I know certaintly I wouldn't have finished games if it had been the first section in my test format. It usually takes me about a half section to really get into the swing of the test (in terms of pacing). Luckily, LR is by far my strongest section, and this was a nonissue for me:

LR RC LR LR LG

Mine would be a non-experimental RC section being first.

I hope that you undergrads know that the "curve" on the lsat only will infuluence your percentile, (which is looked at) but NOT your score.
a 142 won't go up if everyone else got a 130 that day, its still a `142, you'll just have a helluvalotbetter percentile. Lawschools look at both.

I think they mean that they hope the questions wrong to score was lenient and this is based on a "curve." Of course, it is based on three-year numbers and other factors, but on some tests a 70 right is a 157 and on others it is a 159 (not taking into account whether it was out of 101 or 99 questions)
