LSAC: "Date Recieved"

If under 'Date Recieved' it shows a date does that mean LSAC has already processed the letter and it's done or does it mean they have it and have yet to process it through their system to complete it?

update: "This is the date that LSAC received the letter of recommendation from the recommender. The letters will be sent to the law school based on the school's selected preference."

so i guess it means it was also processed?  ???
