i probably wouldn't try to argue the "i go to a better school than you thing" if i were you.  it would be a losing battle.  actually that's something of an understatement.

I wasn't saying that I go to a better school than anyone (I go to the best school in America, and therefore the world, but that's besides the point). This is a typical non-trad reasoning/reading comp. problem, nothing all that surprising.

Im not saying that I hate it per se... The only one I hate is torts.  

The exam is straight forward, there are a limited number of things he can ask; its just less systematic to study for because I dont see the point of a lot of my notes because its bad law and the actual cases dont matter.  

And poor MG... though I shan't disagree
