Still waiting for offer

My summer firm said offer decisions would be made "mid-September," which in this nervous 3L's mind came and went on Monday.  What do you think--should I get more nervous as the days go on, or do you think it's more likely that I'll get an offer the longer they wait?  They've got to know that it would suck to no-offer someone this late in the season...No one from my SA class has heard yet, so I guess that's good.

Anyone else in the same boat?

I think "mid-September" is a broader time frame than the "middle" of September, which was Monday, so don't freak out too much!

I feel like, from my experience and my classmates, firms are only no-offering about 10% of their class.  I wouldnt panic yet.  If they havent notified anyone yet, then dont stress it.  My friend's firm was two weeks late getting back to people (they set a specific date and just missed it), yet most people got offers.  I hope for your sake you played it safe and went through OCI again though.
