I understand and appreciate all the reply's. Either goal for a higher LSAT or settle for a lower tier.

How would tier 3 schools view my numbers?

You should easily get into a tier three, but look at tier 2 (100-50) as well  You might be able to get some decent scholarships. 
I think if you're going to take this route, you need to seriously consider where you want to live, because where ever you go you have a high probability of getting stuck there.  You also want to make a decision based on scholarship money, because going to one of these schools essentially costs the same as a top school.  You'll have to do a cost-benefit analysis on your own to figure out what works best and makes sense for you.
