I'm still curious to see their no-offer rate in other offices, only Chicago seems to be widely discussed and they have many other offices. Regardless, they could have handled it a lot better and this will probably impact their recruiting. They are not the only firm to do no-offers this summer, so everyone who is summering next year should really be on their guard and work hard. It is possible that in a lot of firms the days of 100% offers are over.
